Production Time
Please note that the creation of each dress takes approximately 15 business days.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery:
Once the garment is completed, delivery usually takes 10 business days.
Express Delivery:
If you require faster shipping, we offer express delivery, which takes approximately 5 business days instead of the usual 10. Please contact us to arrange express delivery. Additional fees may apply.

Shipping is free on all products.
Delivery Conditions
The estimated delivery date is displayed on each product page. Delivery times depend on both production (handling)and shipping times. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT may be processed the same day
- Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day
- Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary depending on logistics providers

Order Confirmation
After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number and the courier used.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
- Within 0–24 hours after order confirmation: 90% refund
- Within 24–72 hours: 80% refund
- After 72 hours and before shipment: 50% refund
- Once shipped: Cancellation is no longer possible
Taxes
All prices displayed on Snowy Bridal include applicable taxes.
Order Inspection
Customers have 5 days from the delivery date to verify the condition and completeness of their order.
After this period, the order will be considered accepted, and no claims for damage or missing items will be accepted.

Courier Services
We use trusted carriers such as:
- USPS, UPS, or FedEx for domestic shipments
- DHL or equivalent international carriers
Tracking:
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

Signature Requirement
Snowy Bridal may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
Delivery Issues Due to Incorrect Address
1. Address Verification
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate before placing an order.
2. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, the buyer assumes full responsibility.
3. Reshipping Fee
If reshipment is required, the buyer must cover the reshipping costs.
4. Refund Deduction
If reshipment is declined, any refund issued will be deducted by shipping and handling costs.
Non-Delivery Due to Buyer’s Absence
1. Availability
Buyers must ensure availability at the delivery address.
2. Delivery Attempts
Couriers will attempt delivery and may leave a notice if unsuccessful.
3. Rescheduling
Buyers can reschedule delivery directly with the courier.
4. Reshipping Fee
If the package is returned due to absence, reshipping costs will apply.
5. Refund Deduction
If reshipment is declined, any refund will be reduced by shipping and handling fees.
